I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, specializing in energy, environmental, and natural resource economics.

I received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Arizona in 2024, and a B.A. from Sewanee: University of the South in 2019. I was born and raised in Myanmar.
